Tilt’s six steps to exceptional public art installations:
Whether you require expertise at the strategic masterplanning stage or have a public art concept to discuss, our experience and that of our project partners ensures complete project success.
During this concept generation stage, we interpret sketches, 3d CAD models, maquettes, samples and prototypes artists concept. We also provide sound guidance on engineering, materials, fabrication processes, and importantly budget.
Our goal is to ensure your final sculptural installation meets its artistic objectives while balancing the durability and materiality concerns of the public domain, and the projects commercial objectives.
Your public art concept begins to come to life in our CAD modelling process. During this stage, we develop a three dimensional model with consideration for not only design intent but engineering requirements, site integration details and the overall installation and commissioning process.
We manage our broad portfolio of trusted suppliers to manufacture to the highest quality each element of the artwork during this artwork fabrication phase. Ongoing engagement with the artist throughout this stage ensures an outcome aligned with the original concept.
The completed artwork is now ready to take its place in the built environment. Our Public Art Installation Service makes the process seamless for the client, the artist, and the builder alike.
Subject to your requirements, we also offer a Public Art Maintenance Service to ensure your investment is protected for years to come.
