Tilt was engaged in designing and constructing the custom amenities features for the backstage dressing room in the performing arts space at Phoenix Central Park. Treating the features with a product design approach ensured the elements were delivered with the high level of finish envisioned by architects Durbach Block Jaggers.
Hanging Rails
A minimalistic wall mounted hanging rail composed of a light, airy steel structure.
Providing a highly functional hanging and storage display for the garments backstage.
Vanity & Bench
The design features integrated lighting, delivering an extra layer of architectural detail. The benchtop was designed to sit flush to the steel.
Thorough Tilt’s design process ensured that custom vanity would fit the space with exacting geometry and uncompromising quality.
Steel door reveals & Custom handles
The basement amenities suite comprises many touch surfaces that required an exactness in the finish.
A varying material palette of stainless steel, glazing, mirrors, and the integration of proprietary hardware was composed.
Tilt delivered highly detailed documentation, precise fabrication management, and careful installation for the bespoke features in a single contract.
Tilt’s focus on design quality provided the architects confidence that all design details would be fulfilled.
