Staircase access underground operable cellar hatch add -on, for an extensive residential renovation.

The operable hatch provides access to the underground wine cellar and entertainment area. -

Discovery
The control synchronises automation of both the gate and the hatch to provide safe access to the cellar area.
Our design is an adaptation of the Tilt architectural skylight which has been popular in providing roof terrace access.
