Vivid 2022 – Tilt are proudly supporting interdisciplinary artists
Tilt is currently working with three brilliant thinking artists on their very different art installations, each artist’s story contributing to Vivid’s light-filled atmosphere.
Tilt is supporting detailed design, fabrication management, installation, and post disassembly for each artwork.
Components of the artworks are custom-designed made from selective materials and forms to suit the site-specific locations while integrating the lighting media.

Endless Love
Artist – Michaela GleaveEndless love is a typography-based temporal artwork.
The letters light up and transition in colour based on programable timing, which will change over the period of the festival.
The installation will be installed above the Circular Quay station. Each letter is 2.4 metres height and 1.2m in width.

Earth Deities
Artist – Ramesh MarioEarth Deities is an eight-metre-tall, multi-limbed avatar brought to action with lighting.
The sculpture is informed by reference to the Christ Redeemer Statue in Rio De Janerio.
Earth Deities will be located on Hickson Road Reserve, lighting some of Sydney’s iconic architectural sites.

Multimedia artist – Reelize studioA media sculpture, providing and immersive and spatial experience through lighting.
“Gravitational Grid explores the phenomenon of gravity as a governing force that binds existence throughout the universe.
Gravity affects all things with mass or energy and brings them toward one another, it’s effect is responsible for the birth of galaxies and the perceptual relativity of time.”
