  • Sun Shade System

  • UTS Central Sun Shading System has been shortlisted for The Urban Developer 2020 awards

Shortlisted for Excellence in Construction Innovation, designed by architects fjmt studio.

  • UTS Central’s Sun Shading System represents a significant achievement in product design and successfully integrating the product into architecture.

The design concept represents an innovative approach to the management of environmental obligations in architectural design (thermal efficiency) combined with the delivery of a functional and unique facade.

The system represents divergent thinking with respect to how architects respond to the increasing need for delivery of thermally efficient building designs, unique and distinguished designs, and user comfort concurrently.
