    Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan Endorsed

  • Tilt’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan Formally Endorsed

We are proud to announce the formal endorsement of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) by Reconciliation Australia—a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to reconciliation and respectful collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

  • Many of our projects are developed in collaboration with First Nations artists, knowledge holders and communities, creating opportunities to embed stories of Country, culture and identity into the public realm. Our Reflect RAP is our formal commitment to ensuring these relationships are built on respect, trust and genuine collaboration.

As a design consultancy, we recognise the responsibility we have in shaping the places where people gather, play and connect. We acknowledge that meaningful engagement with Country requires time, humility and long-term relationships, and that design has an important role to play in creating places that celebrate First Nations cultures and support truth-telling.

Our aspiration is simple: to create places that are not only functional and engaging, but also deeply embedded with First Nations principles. By working collaboratively with First Nations artists and communities, we aim to help create public spaces where culture is experienced every day, as an integrated part of the places people live, play and connect.

We acknowledge and thank everyone who contributed to the development of our Reflect RAP, and we look forward to continuing this journey with openness, accountability and respect.
